Styles:
- A "Remove unused styles" function.

Sorry, not a lot of time for hacking Scribus. Seems like there's a
regression in the startup dialog, double clicking a template won't
load it anymore, you need to press OK. Might get around to fixing that
too. Anyway, good luck with 1.3.6 to you Scribus folks!
