[Scribus] Scribus & RH 9

Hi,

About the only thing which I've not managed to get working with my
install of RH 9 has been, you guessed it, Scribus.

I'll try the old RPMs for KDE 3.1 and Qt I downloaded from sourceforge a
few weeks back and see what happens. Failing that, it's gonna be a
lonnnnnng night!
