[Scribus] Scribus 0.9.9 & MDK9.1

Hello, I have problem with compiling Scribus 0.9.9 on Mandrake 9.1. This is 
part from message after ./configure:

checking lcms.h usability... yes
checking lcms.h presence... no
configure: WARNING: lcms.h: accepted by the compiler, rejected by the 
preprocessor!

And finally:

FreeType2 installed: Yes
CUPS installed: Yes
LittleCMS installed: No
TiffLib installed: Yes

Scribus version 0.9.8 I have compiled without problems (including lcms) on 
Mandrake 9.1.

You have any idea?
