details. 

I am working on a how to which lists step by step details, but it is
honestly low my on priority. 


Moreover, the KDE-Cygwin folks are coming up with a new packaging system
based on gentoo's ports which should dramatically ease installing not
just cygwin - but the ported Xfree86, KDE, Qt and developer parts. 

Like Scribus, the KDE-Cygwin folks are making rapid progress, so it is
like hitting a moving target.
