Hello Martin,
Sorry for the duplicate bug report. The integer types patch is not necessary
for Darwin or BSD systems because they supply datatype wrappers (more like
crutches) that allow non ISO C++ compliant software to still correctly
build. It's probably not a good idea to assume this though. It's better to
stick to the standard.
