[Scribus] rpm für Mandrake 9.1

Hello!

I made rpm for Mandrake 9.1 from scribus version 1.0.1. python-plugin 
and doc are also available!

I also packed the qtmonitorprofiler. The package is 
lprof-1.09-1mdk.i586.rpm, its start-icons goes to Multimedia/Graphic.

So here is the location:

(urpmi enabled!)
