[Scribus] resignation

I believe that it is in my and the teams best interest to resign as a
member of the User Interface Design effort.  My skills and interests
would better serve the Documentation team and I wish to offer my
services as Documentation Editor for the Scribus Documentation team.  If
my services can be of assistance and relieve the load, I would be happy
to lend a hand.
