[Scribus] text frames

hello.

How is text in text frame stored? If I use scripter's getText() on text 
frame with external file filled - e.g. iso8859-2 - getText() returns 
iso8859-2.
But If I write text into frame manually it isn't coded in any Python known 
charset... (I try to use unicode( geText(), 'utf8') and more but nothing 
solve the problem).
