[Scribus] Palettes startup bug

Hello,

when I start Scribus, the Layers palette shows up, whereas they were
hidden last time I closed Scribus, even if I have the lines
<LAYERPALETTE YPOS="382" XPOS="275" VISIBLE="0" /> in my
scribus.rc. Nevertheless, the corresponding entry is not checked in
the Tools menu. Strange. When I check it, the palette remains visible;
when I uncheck it, it disappears as it should. I get the same for the
Outline palette.

Hints:
- my window-manager is PWM, and I did not try with another one yet;
- Debian Sid
- QT 3.2.1
- Scribus 1.1.4cvs / 12 dec.

Does it happen to anybody else ?
