[Scribus] Grid problems

Hi Craig

Please check out CVS when you can and check at least issue no. 1. For me
this is fixed thanks to some quick work by Franz this evening. 

I cant replicate no. 2. Please check it out also in tonights build and
if its still a problem, send us some further details of your settings,
perhaps send a sample .sla file.
