[Scribus] Fixed compile error in scribus-1.1.4

Version scribus-1.1.4
System Redhat9

On compiling scribus there was an error 

  alarm(300)  not defined

in scribus/scribus.cpp.  This is because #include <unistd.h>
is not included in it.

So include it and continue with the make.
