[Scribus] update libraries

Hello, I notice the trouble people have over library and library
configuration.

Here is a question which --- it is not really on Scribus but it is the same
sort of thing (pardon me)

I got the tarball from gnu.org for glibc-2.3.2 because on trying to compile
ardour (audio ) it needed libxml2-2.5 or above and the rpm said
libglibc.so.6 (GLIB_2.3) failed dependencies
it took THREE HOURS to compile and even with modifying /etc/ld.so.conf and
ldconfig
to put my new stuff in /usr/local/glibc-2.3.2/lib
therein I still get failed dependencies with rpm -ih.
root>make install never registered!

Oh well.
