[Scribus] scripting plugin

gewd afternoon (Im not dyslectic - just seen marvelous cartoon 'the grim 
adventures of billy and mandy' yesterday :D)

But now back to the topic - I've tried to compile python scripting plugin 
unsuccesfully.

error message follows:
