[Scribus] "Online-help" doesn't work when compiled with --prefix.

Good evening,

When I compile with --prefix, the Scribus "Online-help" seems to not 
work, I only get "Sorry, no Manual available!"

If I compile without the --prefix, then it works.

I normally compile with 
./configure --prefix=/tmp/test --with-qt-includes=/usr/include/qt3/

should I include something else in order to get the online manual to 
work?
