[Scribus] CVS backup

Hi,

By the miracles of knowing what I'm doing (sometimes!), the anoncvs
server is backup (Peter and Franz your write access has been restored)

The version currently up there was downloaded at about 1pm today. I've
not tried to compile it yet. Feedback welcome.
