[Scribus] New Qt 3.2 Beta for testing

Hi all,

Yesterday morning Trolltech released the first beta of Qt 3.2, on which
KDE 3.2 will be based on as far as I know.

I just built the latest cvs  of Scribus against this and I am quite
pleased with a lot of subtle fixes to the canvas which have affected
Scribus.   I find the text display much better and there is less flicker
when selecting text.
