[Scribus] hotkeys etc.

Hi,

Recently there was a small disscussion 'round hotkeys and other
usability stuff. So, is it possible at least add "&" to each menu
just to be able to access menu from keyboard?

&File
&Edit
&Style

etc.?

And a hotkey like Ctrl+2 for 200% woul'd be nice as well (may be
there could be some better hotkeys for zooming).
