[Scribus] problem configuring for Debian

This is working for me (debian sid) :

export QTDIR=/usr/lib
./configure --with-qt-libraries=/usr/lib/qt3 \
--with-qt-includes=/usr/include/qt3 --prefix=/usr/local/stow/scribus-cvs
