[Scribus] python additions

Hi,
I was wondering who is in charge of the scripter plugin so that I can convince 
the person to put something like my patch from yesterday in there. It is not 
important for me that it is done the way I did it, but there has to be some 
way to get the entire chain of linked text boxes as a list. And it is also 
important to somehow be able to set the links.
