[Scribus] Installing - Instructions for v2.2 and v2.3 users of Python

Hi,

There is currently an issue between version 2.3 and 2.2 of Python and
the scripting plugin.

If you are using 2.2, please remove the line

#include <Python.h>

from the top of cmdutil (found in the plugins/scriptplugin directory)

You will find Scribus will compile happily now.

For 2.3 users, don't worry, everything is fine for you.
