[Scribus] No "insert special"

I use Scribus 1.1.2 for Debian Sid with german interface language.
(I got the .deb from http://debian.chutelibre.org).
In the "Extras" menue I find only "Silbentrennung" and "Bild?bersicht".
I miss "Insert special" (or the German equivalent).
How can I get it?
Maybe I have to edit the sribus.rc file.
But in which manner?
Can anybody help me?
