[Scribus] copy/paste bug in 1.1.2

Hello Frank!

Running version 1.1.2 on SuSE 9.0 I couldn't reproduce your first 
example => copy/paste worked as it should.

The second example however was reproducable. Doing "cut" lost the text 
frame as "paste" was not accessible.
