[Scribus] text-on-path

Hi,
with the story-line editor, I believe it should be very easz to just add that 
functionality to test-on-path frames as wel. At least when writing that 
story-line editor in PyQT some weeks ago, I discovered it was just doing the 
exact same thing for text-on-path frames as for text frames in concerns of 
changing the content. In light of this, I believe it should not be too hard 
to enable the story line editor for text-on-path frames as well.
