[Scribus] scribus xml versus xsl fo?

I think you will find that what you see relates to hyphenation and
enabling hyphenation to work cross platform and without the hyphenation
setup. That is, if you send a file to someone else without your
language's hyphenation setup, it is stored within the .sla file itself.
