[Scribus] Errors building scribus from cvs

You need to either get autoconf 2.5+ and automake 1.6+ OR enable it on
your system when building.

eg you might need something like this:

export WANT_AUTOCONF_2_5=1
export WANT_AUTOMAKE=1.6

See how you go then.
