[Scribus] Scribus 1.1.3 on debian testing/unstable

I don't have a lot of success at compiling and usually mess up other
apps in the process by introducing new libraries they don't like.

The newest .deb I can find is 1.0.x; are there any 1.1 debs anywhere? If
so, the appropriate entry for sources.list would be appreciated. I'm
running sarge.
