[Scribus] Scribus 1.1.3 on debian testing/unstable

In addition to my previous posting. Since the break-in into Debian
servers the python2.3 packages haven't been updated and they 
currently have broken dependencies. So, if I were you I would wait with
that dist-upgrade to testing until it is sorted out.
