[Scribus] ann: Updated scribus.pot file

Hi all,

I've updated the scribus.pot file and posted it on www.scribus.org on
the development page. 

Please note this will only work with 1.1.1 anon CVS *after* tonight
sometime, as there are some text string changes in the code which Franz
will update later tonight.

If any of the translators have any problems with this blame me - not
Franz or Paul ;) it is the first time I have done this. Kbabel seems
happy with the file though.
