[Scribus] Is there a set of generic templates available for typical applications ?

Hello.

Is there a place where people can donate templates ?

Just wondering.

Many people are content oriented.  They would like to pick a suitable template 
and then just paste information in and do some adjustments.

That's why publisher is well liked by informal/non-specialist windows users.
