[Scribus] 1.1.1 and UI fonts

Edit > Preferences > General >  The panel in the upper left.

Note: Scribus will use kde style plug-ins. So for example, even when
running Blackbox as a window manager, Scribus will still use the theme
style from KDE. In my case, the Liquid theme.
