[Scribus] lines, etc. update

Ok, guys,

The saga continues, but gets better!  New Scribus build 21 Oct is
behaving much better.  Still a few quirks though.  The line object
thing is improved and I can see why maybe Paul wasn't getting the same
problems with his build.  The lines are not bothering my text as it did
before.  I can move and add lines without too much fear of text
disruption now.  One thing I did notice though was when I moved some of
the lines out of the text box area to another location on the page, I
could not move them or delete them right away!  After clicking around a
bit, changing tools a few times, etc., I could go back to them and again
work with them or delete them.

I notice I still don't have any other controls over lines as was present
in 1.1.1, but at least they are not set for text flow as default now. 
It continues to get better, faster and prettier though.  Loads up very
fast now.  More and better features added and the splash screen, however
short it appears, has a nice new look.
