Hi,
I have only been looking at the python plugin now that it is included in the
main package and I must saz it looks fairly promising. I was wondering
though, whther I got it right, that this would only allow one to start a
plugin which then runs until it is finished and then handing back control to
the user (unless there is some pyqt dialogue asking for user input)? I do
think that is great, but I thought maybe one could make it possible to have a
script selected which onlz reacts upon certain hooks being called. As the
main-function gets called automatically when one runs a python script
directly, other function names could play an alike role. This could include
something like one function being called when a new page is created, one when
a page is deleted, one when a page is redrawn, one whentext extends a certain
field, etc. . I was wandering whether that is feasable and if so, I would put
it on the wish list.
