[Scribus] Right click/Modify... not the same as Measurements box

When you right click and choose modify on a box you cannot see the Style
that has been applied to it, therefore if I look at one frame under
Modify... I see a black outline, but in the Measurements box and then
Line section I see the style and the rest of the line setup, even though
it is ignoring the line setup (1.0pt, black, the style is 0.1 light grey
(cmyk 0,0,0,25)
