RPM for Mandrake 9.1 of Scribus 1.1.0 fresh out of the oven!

Maybe you must uninstall "scribus-scripting" before upgrading because I 
changed the version numbering.

You can use urpmi (or the rpmdrake GUI) to get the Packages. Type as 
root:

/usr/sbin/urpmi.addmedia ftpmki \
ftp://ftp.mki.fh-duesseldorf.de/mki.mandrake/9.1/i586 \
with hdlist.cz

and

urpmi scribus
