OK, I was able to find RPMs on Yellow Dogs site, thanks for the hint 
Peter, for libart_lgpl-2.3.10-1 and libart_lgpl-devel-2.3.10-1, 
Hopefully these will work.

Steve, check your distro's site for a download.
