[Scribus] Scribus reviewed in the latest LinuxFormat

Hi,

Gave it 7/10 overall for the 1.0 release. The only thing to be less that
7 was the documentation, which is unfair as it's a damned sight better
than most GPL packages.

That said, the reviewer did make a mistake I won't object to -
apparently, Scribus is the only Linux dtp application available...
