[Scribus] problem with aligning

If you select the box, rather than the text itself you can set the
justification on all paragraphs.

There is a bug in 1.1.0 that causes the problem you have come across.
1.1.1 has the fix. Franz said he said the official 1.1.1 would be out
soon.. but I guess we have to wait and see.
