[Scribus] Compile Errors

libart was installed via an rpm because I could not find a tarball. So, 
no this is what happens:


[joev at localhost joev]$ rpm install --prefix /usr 
libart_lgpl-2.3.10-1.ppc.rpm
rpm: --prefix may only be used when installing new packages


What's next? Do I have to remove all the files now?
