[Scribus] lcms works okay, finally, but...

re-installed scribus 1.1.6, and *finally* color management worked!
hooray! this for the normal user.

when i try to create a profile using qtmonitorprofile, it does not save.
am using MrB profile for the moment.

also, when i try to export as pdf, the color tab shows export for
web/printer, and the pdf/x3 is grayed out.

why so, how can i create a pdf-x3 compliant file?
