[Scribus] Is the Scribus user manual available in PDF?

I am new to Scribus and new to this list.

Does anyone know if there is a PDF version of the Scribus manual 
available? I've been reading the on-line documentation but would like to 
have a PDF file (or files) for more portability when I'm not connected to 
the Internet.
