[Scribus] PageMaker 4.0

Hi,

Though neither Craig or Peter have mentioned it, we are currently unable
to write an importer for either PageMaker or Quark due to "legal
restrictions" (in otherwords, though technically legal in the EU to
reverse engineer a file format, none of us has the bank balance for our
days in court should Quark or PageMaker decide (as they would do) to
take us to task).

We just ensure Scribus knocks the seven bells out of both of them :-)
