[Scribus] SVG paths closing

This is an import bug in Scribus, but please understand SVG is a very
complex specifcation and *no* application supports every feature. At
least in this case, you have provided a very good workaround. 


The reason I recommended Inkscape, is they are trying very hard to
adhere to the SVG specs and export from Inkscape > Scribus is getting
better by the day.
