[Scribus] Getting envolved

What is the process for getting envolved in the scribus project?

I'm a long time developer of Graphics Arts applications having worked
as senior enginer for Linotype-Hell, Itek, Milles 33 and Pagitek. 

Im mainly interested in Newspaper and Magazine pagination systems, having 
produced a few in the past. 

I have almost twenty five years C/C++ experience. 

Is there a project "todo" list that I can look for elements to work on.
