[Scribus] URGENTLY IMPORTANT!

Hi,

To further improve security and speed from the server, the following
change has been made

To access the anoncvs server, you no longer use /usr/local/cvsroot -
this no longer works. You must now simply use /cvs

This takes effect immediately.

The changes will not effect the websites nor the nightly cvs tarball.
