[Scribus] CVS - not up, but progress

Hi Everyone

Just a quick note, we are making progress with two tracks of getting CVS 
backup within the next few days. We will let you know when things are up and 
running.

For now, the daily updated tarball remains at:
http://www.scribus.org.uk/downloads/snaps/scribus-1.2.1cvs.tar.bz2
