[Scribus] Help[ installing Scribus

Hello All,

Does anyone have the patience to describe in a step-by-step way how to 
install SCRIBUS on my Mac. I'm using MacOSX 10.3.7. I have downloaded 
FINK, which I thought was required, but I can't figure out for the life 
of me how to install it. I'm very new at all of this, but I saw an item 
in MacAddict about SCRIBUS and I'd love to give it a try.
