[Scribus] A Site template

Is this possible?
If i?m writing a book i need the same Textbox on every site. I only found the 
way to make it on every site new. (the template pages can help with 
operators)
With the site templates this don?t works because i can?t write in a Textbox in 
the template (i know why).
Is there any way to make a default same looking textbox to write to in every 
new page? Perhaps this would be an extra feature for the template pages?
