[Scribus] Qt 4

Hi,

Just to say that I have Scribus compiled here with Qt 4. All I can say
at this point is that it's not worth downloading Qt 4 yet as there are
quite a number of bugs in it.

What is nice though is there is now low-level text layout stuff in there
which should increase the speed of Scribus.

Very nice.
