[Scribus] Setting linescreen when printing pdf file

GSView will do this. Open the print dialog, click "Properties", click 
"New", then enter "DITERPPI" for the property value and "75" (or 
whatever) for the value. You can make a nice menu and save it for future 
use by entering a value like "55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90".
