[Scribus] Suggestions

Hi Folks,

what do you think about the following:

1.) When compiling Scribus, check if there's a KDE installed, and when
found one use KDE-File-Dialogs for opening and saving files.

2.) When found KDE also use the Tabs-function to switch between different
documents, like konqueror does, it may be much more lucid and
intuitive when several documents are open.

[3.) or try the suggestions above without KDE by integrating this
elements directly into scribus-code, but would be more work, I
think. And KDE is certainly Installed on many System.]

Regards,

Friedrich
